We choose places the way we choose what to film. A vineyard that still does things the way it always has. A restaurant that hasn't changed its menu, or its regulars, in decades. A village with more history than hotels.
That's the same eye behind our travel guides: slow travel, real character, somewhere with a story. It shapes every route we build.
Tell us where you're going and what you're after: pace, interests, budget, how you like to travel. We design a route around it, made up of places with history, atmosphere, and a reason to be there. Then we handle every reservation, so you can just enjoy the trip.

A La Carte
You want to visit a specific place: a restaurant from the guide, a private tasting, or a producer who doesn't list opening hours anywhere. You want the spot secured without the back-and-forth of calling someone who may or may not speak English.
Please tell us what you need. We contact the venue, confirm availability, and send you everything: date, time, address, and who to ask for. You pay the place directly when you arrive.
We deliver within 48 to 72 business hours of payment. We recommend giving yourself at least a week before your trip. The best slots don't wait.
If we can't secure the reservation, we offer an alternative. If you don't want it, you get a full refund.

A complete itinerary, curated around you, not a list of generic highlights. We select every stop for its character: places with history, atmosphere, and a story, in the spirit of slow travel, shaped around your dates, pace, budget, and interests. We reserve every stop on the route (restaurants, wineries, producers, activities), if you need it, and follow up until each one is confirmed. When it's done, you receive one PDF with every confirmed reservation: addresses, contact names, and map links for each stop.
What's not included
Accommodation, car rental, and travel insurance aren't part of the route we build, so you'll arrange and pay for those yourself. We include recommendations and partner links where useful, in your PDF for information only. For everything we do reserve, you still pay the venue directly, using the details in the PDF. Vianédita never collects payment on anyone's behalf and is not a party to any reservation you make.

4. Delivery within 5 business days of receiving your brief. Your PDF itinerary, with every reservation confirmed, arrives by email. Any questions along the way go through email too. The service is complete once the PDF is in your inbox.

If we can't put together your route as agreed, you get a full refund. If you'd like to cancel before your PDF is delivered, we'll refund the part of the fee that corresponds to work not yet carried out. Once your PDF has been delivered, the service is complete and is not refundable, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

Travel agencies sell packages and earn commission from the hotels, airlines, and tours they book. That commission shapes what they recommend.
We don't sell packages, and we don't take commission from venues. We charge a flat fee and work for you. Our job is to build a route around places with real character, curated the same way we curate our documentary travel guides, not around who pays us the most. That's a different service, and a different incentive structure.

Both. Our routes work well for solo travelers, couples, and small groups. Most of the venues we book don't accommodate large parties, so in practice, most of our clients travel in groups of two to six people. If you're planning something larger, write to us before submitting a request, and we'll tell you honestly what's feasible.
Anywhere in Europe. We're not limited to our published guides: every route is planned from scratch around your destination and brief, whether that's a region we've already covered or somewhere new.
Two flat fees, VAT included. À la carte is €55 for one reservation. The Full Setup is €260 for a complete itinerary. No hidden fees, no commission on top.

No. The concierge works independently of the guides: we plan your route from scratch based on your destination and brief, whether or not it overlaps with a guide we've published. If you're curious what our routes look like in practice, the guides are worth a look, but they're not a prerequisite.
For A La Carte: send your request at least one week before your trip. The best restaurants and private tastings fill up fast, especially between May and September.
For the Full Setup: send your brief at least two weeks before your departure date. That's the realistic lead time to contact every venue, confirm availability, and put the PDF together properly.

We'll offer an alternative from our network at the same level and in the same area. If you don't want the alternative, you get a full refund. We won't push you to accept something that doesn't work for your trip.

What actually makes the service work is which places we choose to include in the first place: locations with real character, curated the same way we curate our documentary guides, built into a route around your brief.
