The wine producer who does private tastings doesn't advertise them. The restaurant that locals actually eat at doesn't take reservations through any app. The family-run estate opens early for the right people and doesn't for everyone else.
Getting into places like this isn't about luck. It's about speaking the right language to the right person, and explaining who you are in a way that makes sense to them.
That's what we do.
Every place in our routes is somewhere we know personally. When you request the concierge, we reach out directly on your behalf, in Spanish and Catalan, and confirm your spot. You receive the details and walk in like you were expected.

A La Carte
There's a specific place you want to visit: a restaurant from the guide, a private tasting, or a producer who doesn't list their opening hours anywhere. You want the spot secured without the back-and-forth of calling someone who may or may not speak English.
Tell us what you need. We contact the venue, confirm availability, and send you everything: date, time, address, and who to ask for. You pay the place directly when you arrive.
Delivered within 48 to 72 business hours from payment. We recommend giving yourself at least a week before your trip. The best slots don't wait.
If we can't secure the reservation, we offer an alternative. If you don't want it, you get a full refund.

The Full Setup
You've read the guide. You know the route. What you don't want to spend your evenings on is cross-referencing opening hours, figuring out which places need advance notice, and working out the sequence so you're not showing up at a winery during their lunch break.
We go through the full route and handle every booking: restaurants, producers, activities, tastings, and anything that requires a reservation. All communication happens in Spanish and Catalan. When the work is done, you receive a PDF with every confirmed booking, addresses, contact names, and map links for each stop.
You pay each venue directly using the information in the PDF. The document is your trip, organized.
Car rental and travel insurance aren't included, though we include recommended options and partner links for both in your PDF.
Lead time: We need at least two weeks before your departure date. Delivery: five business days from payment. Payment is required before we begin.
If we can't put the full route together as requested, we will tell you and agree on what to replace. If you don't accept the final result, you get a full refund. Once the PDF is in your inbox, the work is complete.

Travel agencies sell packages and earn commission from the hotels, airlines, and tours they book. That commission shapes what they recommend.
We don't sell packages, and we don't take commission from venues. We charge a flat fee and work for you. Our job is to get you into specific places that require a call in the local language from someone with an existing relationship with them. That's a different service from what a travel agency offers, and a different incentive structure.

Both. Our routes work well for solo travelers, couples, and small groups. Most of the venues we book don't accommodate large parties, so in practice, most of our clients travel in groups of two to six people. If you're planning something larger, write to us before submitting a request, and we'll tell you honestly what's feasible.

No. The concierge is available to anyone planning a trip to one of our routes. That said, we only work with venues that appear in our guides. Those are the places we know well enough to vouch for and have the right contacts at. If you haven't seen the guide yet, it's worth starting there. It gives you the full picture of what's available in the region.
For A La Carte: at least one week before your trip. The best restaurants and private tastings fill up fast, especially between May and September.

We'll offer an alternative from our network at the same level and in the same area. If you don't want the alternative, you get a full refund. We won't push you to accept something that doesn't work for your trip.
Spanish. That's the point. Most of the places we work with don't operate in English, and getting the right response often depends on speaking the right language and being recognized as someone who knows the region. A cold email in English from a tourist and a call in Spanish from someone the owner has spoken with before are two very different things.
