Each guide follows a real documentary expedition. Every location was chosen because we went there. We researched it, filmed it, and decided it was worth your time. Not AI-generated lists. Routes built from fieldwork, selected by the people who made the film.

Delta de l'Ebre: The Other Catalonia
The Ebro Delta is a working agricultural territory: rice paddies, oyster platforms, and river channels that don't appear on most maps. This guide gives you the director's cut of the landscape. Not the Catalonia you expected.
Catalonia's most interesting wine conversation is happening in Penedès right now. The Corpinnat producers walked away from Cava's appellation rules to make something harder to define and considerably more interesting to drink.

Costa Brava — Wine on the Seabed
Somewhere off the Costa Brava, bottles are aging on the Mediterranean floor. This expedition follows the sailing route between them — and the people who decided the sea was the right cellar. On water. Off the map.
Occasional field notes from the road. New guides, expedition dates, and places that didn't make the film but deserved a mention.
Documentary Approach to Travel
Off-script. Off-algorithm. Directed.
We live in the age of infinite travel content. Algorithms have mapped every Mediterranean coastline. AI builds itineraries in thirty seconds. Every famous square has been filmed from every angle. Somewhere along the way, travel lost its point. Destinations became checkboxes. Trips became photo opportunities. Places became backdrops.
VIANÉDITA exists to give it back.
We are a documentary travel project based in Barcelona. We find the chapters of Europe that travel media missed, and we film them as short documentary essays. Each expedition becomes a film. Each film becomes a guide. Not a list. A point of view.
Our guides are built the way films are: with a director's eye, a journalist's research, and the conviction that four places chosen well beat fifty places chosen by algorithm.
This is for the traveler who has seen Paris, uses ChatGPT, and feels something flatten. For those who came back from a beautiful trip and felt nothing. For those who suspect travel can mean something again.
